Would the world be better if Putin ran everything?

China sucks, the USA is crawling with liberals, Europe is turning into a Caliphate, and Africa is... Africa.

I'm all about the American way and I fucking hate authoritarianism but it seems like we're going in that direction. I'd rather have a good dictator than a shitty dictator.

So, is Putin a good dictator?
