>>3833586>Almost everything taught in school is provable and demonstratableYou obviously have reading comprehension problems, because you're using it to mean "evidence" here. Even in math class, most of the statements are not deductive (they instead involve violation of the use/mention distinction; statements like "simplify").
>Tell me the evidence that convinses you Christianity is real, because I poured over the Bible and I've found noneMany books have been written about this over the centuries, so I'll just mention of few pieces of evidence, though being a typical fedora, you'll probably just shout something irrelevant.
1) the universe only exists a finite time into the past, which has causal problems if the universe is all there is. 2) in quantum physics, successive applications of Wigner's Friend show the true state of the universe to be a homogenous blob without structure - an external observer is required to imbue structure. 3) tons of the places and people have been archaeologically verified to exist. 4) there is a lack of good motive for the apostles to lie as it predictably led to their deaths, 5) they included statements that put themselves in a bad light, which is typical of truthful accounts but not of falsified accounts, 6) determinism has been shown to be false, which is important as God implies we have free will, 7) time has been shown to be a physical thing, important because God implies he's outside of time.
Post is getting too long, but you get the point.
