Every artist I have known has a couple issues and have probably started off the same as you, but they didn't give up. You should draw for the sake of drawing rather than make it a competition.
The drawfags I had the honer of meeting are usually down to earth guys who would rather bring people up than knock em down. I dunno what I'm saying but just enjoy it for what its worth.
