Also Redneck and Cowboy are complete opposites of eachother, Rednecks are from the east/appalachia/deep south while Cowboys are from the west, anywhere from Wyoming to Nevada to Texas. Texas and maybe Oklahoma are your best chances to see a mixture of the two, but I would pick one or the other to go with. Out west there are a lot more cowboy-themed stuff because of its notoriety so I feel like it's a safer bet. TX is probably the safest option to get what you were coming for.
