The first (good) mass produced bots will come around in about 100 years, and even those will be very basic. I'd say it takes at least 500 years for them to be an actual pleasure and not just a mechanic blow up doll.
Also some things will never be accomplished, like feel of skin, smell, dynamic feedback of the flesh etc. Smell a robot's asshole and then smell a young woman's asshole and you will know the difference.
