cold turkey worked for me. but i also had quit a few times because it made me feel sick when i drank coffee too much, but i kept drinking it. so i guess it depends

The only way to quit anything. I smoked 20-30 cigarettes a day for about half a decade and also for 3 of the 5 years before that and I just stopped a few weeks ago. Never bought anymore, finished a pack and said to myself that's it. Addictions are for faggots

I find, personally, if I have a thing around it'll get used. If I go out and buy a case of beer I'm sure to leave it where I'm drinking or I know I'll have some each night until it's gone. Yes and no. Fortunately for me I don't seem to have any friends so I'm not having to decline things. When I went to parties with them I'd always be there and they'd hear of a party and that party would turn into a cocaine party so now, even if invite, I don't go to parties. I have moved to caffeine pills.

spent 12$ for 300 pills, got a fee sample pack of 300, complained there was too little in pack (only 200), got another 300 as a replacement.

I will be good for a year. not sure if the compony still gives samples for reviews.
