There appear to be different levels of walkway above and below each other, like a sort of Neo-Tokyo arrangement, but what is Pepe sitting on? A bottom step? So the walkway behind him has three steps along its edge, but these just lead to a sheer drop?
Can someone pls find the original artist so we can have an explanation?
