the reason why sexual stimulation is bad is because it gives you immense pleasure for little to no effort. the way human psychology, and, in turn, human society, is wired is that the brain feeds you dopamine when you achieve something, giving you pleasure as a reward for doing something constructive, this motivating humans to better themselves and their surroundings, and their creation in turn helps others around then, allowing humanity to prosper and progress. giving yourself "free" pleasure, ie getting the dopamine reward without doing any work removes, or at least inhibits, this motivation, thus causing one to standard and not be as useful to society.
that's why most things that give you pleasure without working for it, such as drugs and excessive drinking, are usually frowned upon by society.
that's what makes fapping degenerate- you are wasting the efforts of your forefathers by inhibiting your capacity for constructive contribution to society due to your addiction, which is probably in a spiral trajectory to your moral demise
