Raw, fresh beef is fine.
Raw fish of course.
But pork is too risky, look up trichinosis.
Bear-, dog- and horse meat is also risky in that regard.

Bungee jumping can't really harm you, unless your an avid jumper then apparently it can tear you eye nerves. Raw meat has been known to carry harmful bacterias so it is possible it might hurt you. One is essentially harmless, the other one is potentially harmful.
