All the establishments and casinos just shuffle all the bums north and they sleep in an area of, a field, two cemeteries, and two homeless outreach centers. Like, even me when I need some shit at 3AM and I'm shit faced, I take the bus to Wallyworld. Basically between 8AM-2PM on a weekday that's not the first or last 4 days of the month is the best time.
