>>3903910Of all the different drinks I've had, Cider rum is on my top 5.
Drinking it straight is easier than a carbonated beverage. And then you feel this slow warmth move from the center of your core, suddenly breathing out by itself is relaxing, you blink once hard and open your eyes to softer colors, and you can't help but feel a smile cross your face as you no longer care about your day's troubles as you go for another quarter liter swig of some nectar produced in small local batches. Oh and it tastes good too.
I will never be able to fully enjoy casual wine, knowing how good cider rum is. Even at $18 dollars a liter, it's all I need for one night. (And I hold my liquor damn well.)
The UK cider for $5 sounds amazing right now.
I would love to find some decent cider in Korea, but apples are stupid expensive, and we don't have many micro brews willing to take chances. I would love to open up a cider house and make 6 packs here.
