You can buy codeine syrup in some stores here, morphine too but that's harder to find. If you can't find those you can setlle for nurofen plus which is 12.8mg codeine with 200mg ibuprofen and you just extract the codeine with water and a filter.

Gabapentin is Neurontin, yeah, it's similar to pregabalin.
Benzedrex is pretty close to adderall, and OTC here. The only problem is it's inside a piece of cotton inside an inhaler, full of menthol and lavender oil, tastes pretty nasty and you have lavender burps.

Caffeine (bit of coffee, but also pills) and ephedrine pills. Haven't used any other drugs in about a year. Just doing these to shed off this last bit of weight. I'm 145 lbs atm, goal is 135, I'm 5'7".

A lot of people would do it all at once but it's enough for 3-4 lines for me. I don't shoot it but the stuff here is a hydrochloride salt (means it's water soluble) so it hits real good snorting. I've seen some folks get on the needle and I don't want any part of that. I've been using for about 14 years but it's never been some huge problem. I do a little a couple times a week. I spent 25-50 a week on it. People drop their free money on lots of shit, not sure why some people judge because I get high with mine.

It's a myth that you can't use hard drugs and not be some strung out degenerate. I'm a married farmer. I have a couple other buddies who run small farms with their wives and they use too. It doesn't have to be some huge thing. The stereotypical junkie isn't every person who uses. Hell, pretty much everyone here in West Virginia uses. I know an upper class doctor that shoots the shit. Mostly middle class people among my group of users. Lots of strung out junkies here too but definitely not all of us.

I'm rambling but I'm feeling god tier levels of amazing off of a third of a tenth of a gram. My wife asked if I was on anything because I'm all itchy... way too itchy to lie. kek
