I keep having a nightmare

Ever since 5 years ago I would have regular dreams then every so ofter this shadow would show up in the distance. I would have the feeling of being watched til it ended.
When I wake up I still feel like I'm being watched, I would wake up with my heart pounding in a pool of my own sweat. And I would still be able to hear this faint whisper from whatever it is throughout the day.
I don't get scared of a lot of things but that fucking whisper man it follows me.

When I was on heavy sleep meds one night I dreamt a dream that felt like I lived through three days. I literally got up from my bed and live "normal" days except I was constantly being tracked by a dark lanky lurching guy I could only see from the corners of my eyes and it was the scariest and most exhausting piss I've ever been through. I woke up screaming and my bed was a a literal bath of sweat. Sleeps meds are crazy shit
