I think this "soyboy" thing goes the other way around.
People with shit genetics know that they aren´t able to compete hover to the leftwing because they subconciusly know that they need laws and social norms to be able to survive/pass on their genes.
If people with genetics which should be selected out of the genepool like this guy get together to protect their future you basically get the leftwing.
Considering that vegetarians/vegans need to put way more effort to stay in shape you will have a high density of weak members of this group and they will also hover to the leftwing to prevent beeing exterminated in the competition with their superiors.
