It's true, when I take lots of hot showers I get acne on my back. Trying to limit shampoo to 2 times a week but sometimes my hair is just greasy as fuck.

Its not shower, its hot shower! I had some pimples on the face and under hair on the head(!) and a really bad case of dandruff. I started doing cold showers every morning and after workouts, and it all went away after A WEEK!

Should avoid hot showers shit opens all your pores up and is bad for sperm production. You don't need a shower everyday as kind as you don't smell like total shit. Soap/shampoo causes dry scalp and skin.
