2: No Candy/Sugar/excess carbohydrates/fried foods
3: Lean meats only: Grilled chicken, fish, ect.
4: Lots of fruits and veggies.
5: No snacking and 3 meals a day.l If you are really hungry and you can't eat a meal yet only eat fruits/veggies
6: Use smaller plates. It tricks your mind into thinking you ate more than you actually did.
7: Start walking, lifting weights, go to gym, ect.
8: Do not stay sedentary for long amounts of time
9: Do not eat after 8:00 PM ever
10: Try not to be stressed, if you are in a stressful situation, leave or find a way to calm down.
