If all the ice melted on both poles right now the sea would rise an additional 1 km, but that'd never happen, but it's just cool to look at maps of the world if it did. Also 200ft is not high at all for atmospheric pressure, at least 300m (1,000ft) actually makes a difference in atmospheric pressure, and this is why people usually get mountain sick above 2400m (8,000ft) because the air is about 28% thinner up there, when the air starts getting thinner, that's when you know you are at a higher elevation, 200ft is baby stuff in pressure changes.
