Just imagine how many highly-intelligent, highly-educated experts in their fields have been working for decades on developing an IQ test on which everyone in the world averages the same, regardless of race or culture.

I don't really think that intelligence may be measured in some arbitrary points, especially seeing what kind of tests are they doing. I got like 145 or 150 when I had to take one in high school, but I don't think it should be That high.
