If everyone on /bant/ donated, say, 10 dollars, we could raise enough funds to balloon/paradrop, say, 100,000 laptops into Pyongyang, North Korea, each one armed with 4chan and VPNs and the like.

While many would be caught immediately some citizens would be able to hide them away, potentially leaking free Internet access into the DPRK.
