Things any girl likes really. Be confident and relaxed and if you're going to a museum try to tell her some interesting trivia about what you see (without doing that too much or you'll come off as a nerd).
Other than that I can't really tell you because I don't know the girl. Especially if she is the shy type, I don't do well with that.

What does she look like? Eye colour, hair colour? Is her skin dark? I know Romanians are not gypsies but they're often darker than whites.

Also, she probably constantly gets asked about her heritage so it might be better to not ask her anything regards to her Romanian nationality.
