Currently only English. I'm still looking for a college to attend after i graduate this year, and I think one in Luxembourg would be good so i'd have an excuse to apply for citizenship and get a good education. Skills? Luxemburg is very divided. you have the foreigners who speak french and then the ethnic luxemburgers who speak luxemburgish. depending on where you live, you need to speak french all the time.
