>>402607You'll have to find a well dimmed location like a house where you won't be disturbed for a few hours. There you go into one of the rooms where you can either sit or lay down, latter preferred. Alot of humans like to use an object called "bed" which suffices for the sleeping needs.
As an example, if you were in a room with such a bed, you stand afront of it, put one leg on it horizontally, after that you will put the weight of your body slowly on that foot and start falling on the bed. Be assured that you are falling towards the bed and not away from it.
You now should be on the bed. For further comfort there is a rectangular soft box on one side called "pillow". You will want to put your head on top of this, as it softens the pressure on your back and positions your head in a positive way.
You have finally reached the first step of sleep, the next steps should come quite easy to you. Have you noticed that when looking at your surrounding sometimes for a short timeit looks like everything is going black? That is no coincidence, it is your eyelids that are causing this effect. When closing them light can't shine through; this can be used for your benefit! Starting with the right lid, try to recreate this sensation of only seeing black and don't surrender to the urge to reverse this effect. If you have lost your stereoscopical you are doing it right. Now let us rrepeat this process once more, only this time with the right eye. If it does not work on the first try, don't worry, lot's of people had to train this first before they could master the art of "dozing off" as some playfully like to call it.
Now both lids should be closed and we can continue to the final step: The actual sleeping.
For this you will have to stop reacting to your surroundings; additionally you need to slow down the analyzation-processes you have from previous situations experienced.
...Aaaand Congratulations - you have mastered sleeping!
