I never used Antergos, but from what I'm reading it seems to be Arch Linux with an easy installer and some extra GUI stuff.

Which should be fine in most cases, but once in a blue moon Arch requires manual intervention for updates. Ubuntu would be more retard-proof.

Alternatively, you can also block port 445. I heard it's through this particular port the ransomware goes to break into others PCs.
