She’s very pale and ginger (which of course may be died), so should be Northern European, and British if that hair colour is natural, but nothing else about her screams an identifiablely European ethnicity, so again, American is most likely.
There’s also that tattoo, which isn’t in a place common to where young Europeans tend to have them, and is not a design I recognise from anything in the uk or European mainland. If I had to guess, some sort of US thing, a sorority house symbol maybe.
Also those teeth are unnaturally straight, white and uniform, which screams shitty American dentistry that favours aesthetics over dental health.
Although there is of course a possibility that she’s British and descended from the family of American colonists that remained in the British isles, but those are incredibly American facial features if so. And again, those fake arse looking teeth straight out of catalogue are too big of a coincidence to make it likely to be anything but American.
