I have a fantastic Idea for an anime

Its for Mature audiences. Its features a group of Young girls, not Lolis, but 2nd year students. They also have special magical powers and fight each other in action packed scenes. Also it will include Slice of Life elements and Comedy Elements, but also Drama and Tragedy. What do you guys think?
