Ah, perfect. I think it came out a bit nicer than last time.
Pork was neatly cook with some cranberry sauce on top.
Paired up with vodka and lemonade ( mostly vodka)

Blue is simply charred on the edges.
A crisp exterior with a pure inside.
A tad barbaric to the norm, but simply heavenly.
With the right care of course.
