>>4071125Okay well I was running, and there was nobody around as usual. Came around the block and the other side of the road there was a woman all bundled up pushing a baby carriage, the baby was crying the whole time.
It was too dark to see them clearly and they had something over their head I think. They were also walking fast enough to keep up with my jogging. Like they were going pretty fast for just an evening stroll.
Keep in mind this is summer and nearly 11 at night.
