the concept of perfecting requires there to be a finite world, which we know is not true, or rather, it in finite but always changing, in which case the tool being created would create a change because it never existed before, which because of the world never being able to have an end (this is a complex theory but if you study Quantum physics and time etc you will understand) it would instantly change.
but I'm nearing accidentally explaining other principles that would make the one I'm going to reveal pointless if I continue down explaining what I mean.
I understand I sort of skipped a bit there when I was speaking about the universe changing because of an end being created, but you'll just have to study to work that out because entire books have been written on explaining that one.
