You can see this clearly on youtube. It was that bad. Nobody called it at the event, and the mistake led to Shaw loosing to Zydrunas. This year, the apparatus for the plane pull was wonky, and fucked everybody up. Shit like this always happens at WSM. Fine event, but not the real test of strength. That goes to the Arnold Strongman classic, and Eddie has never even come close to winning that.
I'm not a huge fan of his personally, but Shaw is pretty clearly the strongest of the top competitors.
