Someone who has been recently exposed and contracted the disease can actually cure it in todays world by taking the antiviral medicine used to treat it. Essentially it gives your body the umpf it needs to more effectively fight off the disease and totally remove it from your body before it multiplies and becomes viable in your system.
Best to do it right now actually as four days is kinda a long time to wait. I know it sounds crazy but i mean do it right now. Best to spend the money no matter how much and leave right now no matter how inconvenient than deal with having aids. Afterwards shedule a follow up with a doctor or go to an aids clinic and have yourself tested later.
