Two: Without Bush's oil war I doubt Barack would've been able to justify going to war in syria, Which would mean no ISIS, No refugee crisis, None of it. Just a pissing contest between Assad's regeme and some aloha snackbar screaming rebels that are mad that assad isn't muslim enough.
