After I hung up on some customer service representative without saying goodbye, likely to my bank which Dan was a call Dan should not have heard, he said, "You don't say goodbye?" I wonder if he was aware that my customer service calls have been getting intercepted for years. The problem all started when I had PUR Digital ISP at 1016 Howell Mill Road. They turned my internet off for torrents and when I called the customer service woman kept saying that I needed to make an appointment to have the technician come out and it would take a few days. I told her that the problem was on their end and nothing changed on my end. She was a real bitch but eventually said, "Oh I guess I can check with engineering," and then they turned it back on remotely. I've been getting that bitch as my customer service phone helper at different call centers associated with my various accounts, there is no reason she should work at every company I call. I hate her, and I will torture her. The beef between her and I started when she said that I was going to have to wait three days for the technician before she even checked the engineering status. Fuck you bitch. I hate you. I will kill you. You're probably on the list of people I consider in that group too Danno.
