I'm currently dealing with a kratom withdrawal. Is there anyone who experienced the same. If so, how long did your withdrawals last and what helped you during this time.

I had withdrawals from a morphine habit; hot baths with epsom salts help. So does taking naproxen (aleve). Vaporize some marijuana if you can, that'll help you get a little bit of appetite to get some food in your stomach so you don't get an ulcer taking the naproxen on an empty stomach. Hot chamomile tea helps too, preferably the kind with a little valerian root in it

I've never tried krat but I heard it works along the same pathways as opiates. I'd buy some but I don't trust internet chemicals

OK, if you can get like lyrica or Xanax or something it might help. Maybe take some immodium and magnesium. Lots of water. If you have codeine cough syrup OTC just get that tho ya dingus
