1 Sandwich Bag
1 Flashlight
Borax
BPA Glue
8 ounces of hot water
2 more ounces of hot water
get your bowl ready, and your glue. Pour about a portable glue bottle's worth of glue in the bowl. Then, mix in your 8 oz hot water thoroughly. Before it cools, take about a tsp of borax, stir it into the 2oz of water. Pour that in the glue mixture, mix thoroughly. When it gets solid enough, knead it by hand. Put it in a plastic bag. Put the plastic bag in an empty flashlight. Seal the flashlight closed. Throw it at your neighbor. Congratulations, you can now testify in court!
