So it turns out that he reconfigured the clock from "microwave time" to "oven time." They are similar but the algorithm they use to time things are slightly different. Oven Time uses a temperature parameter while Microwave Time does not, this extra bit of information is causing the Microwave to do a security lock. To you it looks like it isn't working, to a professional it's telling me that it has been reconfigured maliciously. Re-configuring it is easy if you can Secure Shell into your Microwave's IP, most models after the year 1992 support both SSH and Telnet. Post lewds and I'll fix it. Take this and fix it yourself if you are wise enough.
