What was the most epic day on 4chan?

I know a lot of newfags will say 2016 election night but 9/11 totally blew that out of the water, IIRC /pol/ was hitting 4,000 posts a minute when the south tower collapsed. The guy posting from the 89th floor of the north tower gives me feels to this day, what happened to him in the end? Also anyone got screencaps of that thread? I can't find them anywhere.
