First, brain booster level 5 (14 points). This way I know everything about economics and science I need to in order to fix poor countries while having the political finesse to ignore their leaders. The way I would have it, blue collar workers would exist everywhere no matter which country you visited. Technology would advance at a rapid pace as a handful of farmers spread out around the world mass-exported their crops to feed the enormous, skilled middle class. No more resentment of other countries' wealth, no more overpopulation, and all ethnic tensions get taken out at the Olympics. The planning for all of this would be relatively easy, since I know everything I need to.
Second, health level 5 (15 points). This way I never stop pumping this advice out. I can travel to any country, take as long as I need to fix everything as possible, and watch universities get established over generations. I can also see the happy families I've fixed send their children to higher levels of education. It would be very satisfying to me to see the results of my work.
Third, the OP energy creation which is free food level 5 (10 points). This way I can create enormous food banks which immediately satiate the hunger of poorer families and allow me to create the university students I need over time. I could also sell the food and get the money I need to travel to other countries.
