Does anyone here know how to fix this? My phone wont connect to my laptop and keeps showing up as an unknown device. I'm getting error code 43.checked a few videos and tech support but neither fixed the issue.

happens to me with one of my phones, try turning the phone off and on again, and connecting the phone side to the usb cable first. no idea why it happens, but that works for me.

Could be that the cable is fucked on the metal pins that connect the phone port, or even the phone port per se. Change the cable and if you can connect to the comp, pls post those pics here.

Do you have another machine to connect the phone to?
You may have disconnected the phone without properly ejecting it, connecting it to another computer can reinitialize the drivers apparently

I don't, now that you mention it while i plugging my phone in as it was connecting to the computer i accidentally tugged on thw wire and it came out.
