There are 2 methods for describing what makes a "1st world" country
1, the retard method:
US and US allies are 1st world
Soviet cccp and their allies are 2nd world
Asia because all Asia is the same is 3rd world
Africa is 4th world because niggers

3rd world countries have resource extraction based economies
2nd world countries have refinement based economies
1st world countries have production based economies
