Works of this artist with very Polish sounding surname would be classified as "sung poetry", so that answers the question neatly. Like most of his kind, he sings and composes the music, not writing the poems himself (or at least, in majority of cases that is, I cannot be sure). While those certainly are of high value too, the music, the vocal are what is the most important, the most astonishing. I am really sorry for using the term, it's not really comfortable for me either, however the truth is, you do not miss out on that much by not knowing the language. Oh, it hurt a bit to write that one sentence~
