>>4193574Not really, maybe in North Ireland where there are still catholic/religious conflicts but in my part of the south east is pretty pleasant. Very low crime rates (excluding shit like weed and e which is everywhere) and great wildlife and environments if you go out into the countryside. Gets quite hot here in the summers too (highs of around 95 degrees Fahrenheit I believe).
One major difference between the US and UK is the size of suburban houses, a lot of the houses we live in are renovated from the victorian era and are built in massive, spanning terraces so the average size of the houses is a lot smaller, as well as the size of the gardens, nothing too major though, still plenty of space to live in. Roads are narrow as shit compared to American ones though.
