Other thing is foreigners immigrating and not integrating, assimiliating into the community that lived there already. Creating their own districts and stuff, only distancing themselves from natives. That is wrong and it should be discouraged and even not allowed at all. Unfortunately, I cannot say how is the situation like in places you mentioned, although, even if it's the latter, some people overreact by evidently expressing and encouraging hatred towards given race. This is wrong and it's not a good way out of this problematic situation.
