>>421388>Why there is so many autistic kids this days?Because they have less and less normal social and maternal interactions.
Kids used to grow up in nuclear families which not only represented a safe emotional environment (close to their mother) but also forced them to be physiologically and psychologically active.
Activities like a "sunday funday" where parents participate in some form of game and play time with their kids has become more and more rare.
Now an exceptional time is spent with passive activities like watching TV and playing video games, which in no way prepare children for normal social interactions.
The other part of that is that more and more mothers feel forced to go back to work early on in their kids crucial developmental phase.
They put them in government daycare facilities with rapidly changing faces and uninterested carers.
Furthermore the average diet has never been this unhealthy. Kids are now forced to eat masses of processed foods with saturated fats and simple sugars at home and in public schools, further impairing their development.
Also like some people already mentioned: It's very recent that the medical community even acknowledges that these conditions even exist.
It's easy to spot a deformed arm, but how do you pinpoint what counts as a deformed mind?
