They'll just increase prices to adjust.
Not only that but it would kill jobs if they didn't increase prices because it would change the margin that they can make money at. They already have machines capable of doing these jobs, if we make it cheaper for them to run them than people then they'll do it.

If you increase the costs for a company to operate, it will obviously increase the prices of its products to compensate.
If the minimum wage is increased then the price of menial and unskilled labour will increase as well.
That means that the price of all products produced by unskilled labour will increase, causing inflation.
