Why does society idolize having friends and kids and a girlfriend? You're more productive on your own and you don't have to worry about having to deal with other peoples emotions. And besides, if you upset your girlfriend she can permanently ruin your life by claiming rape. Kids are impossible to control and are money drains for 18+ years (even worse if they are disabled).
