It started as a way to make fun of Finnish 10-year-olds who liked Pedobear, but didn't know how to spell it, and didn't know how to take screenshots, so they made their memes in MS Paint. They also used XDDDDD a bit too much.
It's a way to make fun of preteen meme masters. It's not really meant to have a point beyond that, as far as I've understood.
