The main problem with Africa is the Africans. They simply are a hunter/gatherer minded people in a land where there was plenty of game and plants to forage. The abundance of food never really gave them a reason to form complex societies or forge any type of social cohesian. In Europe, it was far more difficult to be a hunter gatherer and at least 4 months of the year, the land was harsh and inhospitable (so if you weren't thinking ahead and putting food back, you died). This is why in Europe we *had to* invent agriculture, we *had to* domesticate animals, we had to have specialization of labor and complex societies. In Africa, there was never an impetus for that type of evolution....
Moral of this story is Africans are a lazy destructive people everywhere on earth. They have no notion of earning rewards: food, shelter, clean water, and nice things. They have a mentality that if anything is to be had it must be "taken" from another, through force or some type of handouts.
Africans are a people that drink/bathe from the same puddles they shit and piss in. Of course they could always shit at a lower point, or better yet, dig a latrine and bury it when full, but that would require work. They could always *pick up* the mountains of garbage, but that would require work. They think of themselves as perpetually victimized when they aren't (except by their own kind), so they never get up to better themselves, their communities, or their nations.
All they do is blame whitey and then beg whitey to support them. Everywhere they exist on earth they're a bottomless pit for welfare, no matter how much they're given, they will live in squalor and blame whitey that it's never enough.
