Basically what nietzsche tried to say society has to be smart enough so the individuals can live by a set of rules that adequate to themselves and allow the individual to improve 'em on the run and grant some sort of equilibrium between pleasure and order.

But most people hear is either "fuck rules" or "fuck jews"
