Any board worth visiting should have a board-tan. I move we use the name "Bonnie" for this board's representative. Alternatively, I would suggest Brenda or Bethany or Barbara.
I think she should be vaguely brown because

is a very /bant/ kind of thing. If no one on /bant/ is white, the board representative should be "not white".
What clothes do you think she should wear? Should it be flexible, fitting each poster's home country as they choose?
She would definitely be opinionated, outspoken, and even a bit smug.
