Stupid turk, did you pirated your version with all three parts from piratebay torrent?
Anyway in this version with English patch inclusive the game will tell you everytime when you can save with text in capslock "SAVING POSSIBLE" or something along that.

The English translation has a bug which prevents you from saving anytime so you can only save during specific parts of the game.

The translator marked them with a text box, at least in my version I also downloaded just yesterday.

Delete your old version of the game if you really don't have a save anyway right now.

Downoad the torrent, seed leech whatever.
Unzip the game somewhere like always.

delete all contents inside the "saves" folder then launch the game, go to extras and select convert. After doing that if you start a new game it will start at part 1

Now everything should be run fine

Just simply click on "get this torrent" open your torrent program of choice when asked and well then it's the same like with any other torrent you download before.
